Hello, my name is Christopher Jodoin and I am the owner of CJ’s Lawn Service, LLC. I’d like to thank you for visiting my website and inquiring about something that has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember…Outdoor Maintenance.

Like many young boys, I had dreamed of becoming a fireman when I grew up. Since there were very limited opportunities for 6 year old firefighters in Northville, I had to think of something else to occupy my time. One of my favorite toys when I was a toddler was a bubble mower. It wasn’t big and loud like the one my dad used, but it sure gave me a sense of accomplishment when I followed him around the yard and saw the neatly manicured grass that “WE” left behind. That feeling never left me!

When I turned 10, I began to mow our yard by myself and I must have done a pretty good job because some of the neighbors started coming around to ask if I would cut theirs, too. CJ’s Lawn Service was born! From its humble beginnings of being driven around by my parents with a 21” mower and 3 or 4 customers, the business steadily grew year after year to include many more customers and much larger equipment. During this time, I was also able to pursue my other dream of becoming a firefighter (I never grew out of that, either!) as a Fire Explorer Scout. Although my client list and services offered has grown considerably over the years and I finally reached my goal of being a firefighter, I’m still the same young man pursuing life-long dreams.

Why am I sharing my background with you? Because I think it’s very important that any potential client understand why I’m so passionate about what I do and [hopefully] demonstrate why I offer a better alternative to the landscape services that are widely available today. Also, I would like to thank my existing customers (many of whom have been with me since I started!) for entrusting me with your properties over the years. The joy of my work comes from the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people and your support is truly appreciated.
